CAREER
Giovanni
Pasquale started his career in Juventus actually. Born 82,
he later moved to Inter where he progressed as a player.
He
was last season a fundamental player for the championship
winning Primavera team in Inter. Switching between left back
and left wing, he become an important player on the left flank.
He finished last season with the Primavera team with the most
assists. Which is remarkable since he spended much time on
a defensive posisition.
It´s
been this summer that Pasquale´s career has really hitted
off. Not only has Cuper been using him frequently during the
pre-season, he was also received the biggest gift of them
all - The place in the U-21 Gli Azzurri squad. Along with
Nicola Beati he was to represant the black and blue team with
the Azzurrini. He made his debut earlier this week when his
team sadly lost to Germany.
Pasquale
is a future player that with a fair chance can become the
next left back/wingback for the real NT in some years from
now.
AS A PLAYER
He´s
very pacy. He has a lot of workrate in himself and run a lot.
Pasquale
is also very good for tactical reasons, since he is able to
play two positions. We can say three positions since he can
play left back, wingback and left winger.
It´s
his offensive skills that is the most extraordinary. With
the most assists with the Primavera team, he has to be a very
good crosser.
He´s
also not that bad of a defensive player either, even if he
shines in the offensive zone. He´s a player that is
patient in his tackles and wait out the opponent that challenges
him.
Pasquale´s
negative thing has to be his sometimes brutale tackles. He
receives some yellow cards and can look clumsy sometimes.
